Our prices include coggins test, health papers, and quarantine here at FloraLake for our overseas buyers. We prefer to quarantine here on the farm so we can continue to have a partnership with our horses until the day they must leave us. For Canadian and US buyers we either give a discount on transporting costs or deliver. All horses are uptodate on deworming, hoofcare, and ground manners or appropriate training for age level. All horses are fed quality hay, extra minerals or grains, and fresh water at all times.

* Orchid is a black curly fillie. She is the largest foal * Ebony Spirit has ever had and her foals have always been big - her colts having matured at 16 hands or more, and her previous fillies tall too but not yet at their mature height. Orchid should easily reach 16 hands at maturity. If you would like to add size to a breeding program, Orchid is a very nicely conformed fillie with proven bloodlines for size. Her siblings are very intelligent, reliable horses under saddle and some have been winning in the dressage ring. Orchid is shedding her foal coat out to a jet black. We will have her colour tested to see if she is homozygous for black.

* Foxfire is a red dun curly fillie with a curious, bold, friendly temperament. She is put together nicely - very well musceled, yet also refined. She has a kind eye and looks like she will have a full tail. Moves with natural collection and lots of suspension. Expected to mature at 15.2 hands.

* Copper is the first small to medium sized Curly pony born here at FloraLake. He is so cute, sweet, and playful. Copper is a sorrel colt with curls, plus lots of mane and tail. He moves with lots of knee and hock action like his sire which has some show winning mini driving lines in his pedigree. Copper has very good conformation with a little sculptured head. We think he will mature from 11-12 hands.

Monarch is a huge curly colt, sorrel in colour. Not only is Monarch huge with long legs and substantial bone, but he also has the genes through his dam's bloodlines to become very tall, likely 16 hands. He is put together well with a good neck length, pretty head, and also refinement although he is large. A great sport horse prospect or sire to add some size to a breeding program. He is sweet as can be with two quality full Curly ABCR and CSI registered parents. He has lots of tail hair and his mane is growing nicely too.

Emerald is a smooth coated grullo colt which would be a good choice for someone looking for a dressage prospect, wants the Curly temperament or a hypoallergenic horse, but doesn't like the curls. Both sire and dam have powerful movement, lots of presence, and move in a naturally collected way. Emerald has the same traits as his parents, moving with natural collection and lots of suspension. Like most Curlies, he loves people.

Onyx was born a curly, jet black colour like his sire. He looks very much like his full brother Jet Star, so we will have Onyx colour tested to see if he is homozygous for black as well. Onyx is very well put together with lots of suspension, natural uphill and forward movement. He has oodles of presence and a bold, curious temperament. Although Onyx is shown here on on our foals for sale page, we have not yet made the final decision whether he will be offered for sale or staying here as a keeper colt.

LaRose is a black curly fillie with a pretty head, good neck length, a nice topline, and very long legs. She is a good dressage prospect with lots of suspension in her movement, natural collection, and a special presence about her. LaRose has a bold, curious, friendly temperament and is happy to make friends with anyone who comes to see her, strangers too. She is colour DNA tested as E/e for Red Factor, a/a for agouti, and N/N for grey- meaning she will not pass on grey to her off-spring. She should easily mature from 15.2 to 15.3 hands as her siblings have all grown tall, one 4 year old over 16 hands and another 3 year old at 16 hands who earned the Conestoga Cadora Championship in the Walk/Trot Open Division.
